Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience
- Provide accessory recommendations and product education
- Generate industrial sales leads
- Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
- Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards
- Support daily retail store operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer utilization
