Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service to guests in person and through digital channels
• Greet guests warmly and create an engaging, educational shopping experience
• Assist guests in finding merchandise and make thoughtful product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Handle special orders, exchanges, returns, and in-store purchases
• Develop expertise in the prAna product line to educate customers on apparel and accessories
• Support inventory cycle counts, order processing, and stockroom organization
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including floor maintenance and dusting
• Contribute to merchandising, floor resets, and visual directives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
• Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 40lbs
• Ability to move about the store and remain stationary as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service within specialty retail, activewear, or outdoor apparel
• Passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, and yoga
