Responsibilities

• Provide premium consumer service to help customers discover products that inspire them.
• Build brand trust and loyalty through positive consumer interactions.
• Maintain store standards by knowing product details and keeping the store environment sharp.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment to achieve collective goals.
• Lead with service by obsessing over consumer needs and guiding them to the right gear.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders.
