Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to consumers by building authentic connections and guiding their journey
• Equip consumers with product and service expertise to enhance their experience
• Execute daily retail operations including cash register transactions, shipping, receiving, and stocking the floor
• Maintain store visual presentation and build displays as necessary
• Support the store community by attending events and maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet business needs

Requirements

• SPM qualification
• Commitment to 16 hours of work per week
• Proficiency in basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, twist, and climb ladders
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in customer service or a retail environment
