Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service and drive in-store engagement
• Build and maintain in-store visual merchandising aesthetics and floor standards
• Replenish stock and manage stockroom operations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure visual consistency across the store to meet brand standards
• Assist the store in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Previous relevant retail and/or customer service experience
• Experience in visual merchandising
• An energetic demeanor and a passion for the Nike brand and sports
• Full availability across weekdays and weekends for a rotating roster
• Ability to work without regular commitments on specific days due to the nature of the schedule
