Responsibilities

• Provide a premium Nike store experience by assisting consumers with product discovery
• Lead with service by understanding and obsessing over consumer needs
• Fuel store momentum by maintaining product knowledge and keeping the store sharp
• Build connections with consumers and teammates to create a supportive environment
• Maintain store standards and hit performance goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail environment
