Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service to create unforgettable brand experiences
• Build and maintain an expert level of product knowledge
• Replenish and maintain stock levels
• Maintain visual merchandising standards within the store
• Assist the store in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Previous relevant retail and/or customer service experience
• A passion for the Nike brand and sports
• An energetic demeanor and a natural sense of urgency
• Ability to work a casual schedule (ideally 3 days per week, including weekends)
