Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead with service by obsessing over consumer needs and guiding them to the right gear
• Fuel store momentum by maintaining product knowledge and keeping the store sharp
• Build connections with consumers and teammates to create a supportive environment
• Maintain elevated brand standards and model reliability in every interaction
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across various store zones

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (U.S.)
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Strong customer service skills and a "Just Do It" mindset
