Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead with service by obsessing over consumer needs and guiding them to the right gear
• Fuel store momentum by maintaining product knowledge and keeping the sales floor sharp
• Build connections with consumers and teammates to create a supportive environment
• Maintain high standards of integrity, reliability, and honest communication in every interaction
• Support the ultimate Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including overnight shifts (9pm - 6am), evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and perform other manual tasks
