Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead with service by obsessing over consumer needs and guiding them to the right gear
• Fuel store momentum by maintaining product knowledge and keeping the store sharp
• Build connections with consumers and teammates to create a supportive environment
• Maintain elevated brand standards and model reliability in every interaction
• Support a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment across various store zones

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (U.S.)
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb a ladder
