Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to consumers by building authentic connections and sharing product expertise
• Execute daily retail operations including cash register transactions, shipping, and receiving
• Maintain store presentation by stocking the floor, performing cleaning duties, and building visual displays
• Support various store functions including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom management
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet business needs

Requirements

• Completed SPM
• Proficiency in basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in customer service or retail environments
