Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to Florida patients through high-quality customer service
• Educate patients on product knowledge and the properties of the cannabis plant
• Manage customer-facing sales interactions and maintain a positive brand presence
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) operations
• Utilize inventory management software to ensure accurate stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized retail environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer-facing sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory software
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lbs
