Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to Florida patients through high-quality customer service
• Maintain deep product knowledge to educate patients on cannabis plants and their properties
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) operations
• Collaborate with team members to support the Jungle Boys brand and retail environment
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized retail space

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer-facing sales interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Open availability to work including holidays, evenings, and weekends
