Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality medical cannabis experience to all Florida patients
• Engage in customer-facing sales interactions and product education
• Manage cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Maintain proficiency in inventory management software
• Collaborate with team members to support the Jungle Boys brand and mission

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all local and state regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and cashier duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain in stationary positions and occasionally move packages up to 20 lbs
