Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to patients through high-quality retail sales and customer service
• Support the Jungle Boys brand by maintaining a positive and professional approach
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth retail operations
• Learn and apply knowledge regarding the cannabis plant and its various properties to assist patients
• Manage transactions accurately using POS and inventory management software

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer-facing sales interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
• Open availability to work including holidays, evenings, and weekends
