Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to Florida patients through high-quality customer service
• Engage in customer-facing sales interactions and offer product knowledge
• Manage cash handling and transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
• Collaborate with team members to support the Jungle Boys brand and mission

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer-facing sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
