Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to Florida patients through high-quality customer service
• Engage in customer-facing sales interactions and educate patients on product knowledge
• Manage cash handling and transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and utilize inventory management software
• Collaborate with team members to support the Jungle Boys brand and mission

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, retail sales, or the hospitality service industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer-facing sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lbs
