Retail Associate II

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for customers
• Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow
• Ensure a basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Support superior standards regarding store cleanliness and safety
• Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company expectations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to perform retail floor functions including standing for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders, stock/retrieve merchandise, and unload shipments
• Effective communication skills with both employees and customers
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic retail math and basic computer skills
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
