Retail Associate II

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a premium brand experience to all customers
• Assist store Leads with the training and onboarding of new employees
• Support various store departments including cash management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Advise customers on products to help achieve sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Converse products, services, and industry trends through continuous training

Requirements

• A strong passion for the Converse brand and sales
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Professional communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Proactive attitude with high motivation and an open mind
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
