Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for customers
• Drive selling efforts and build customer relationships through excellent service
• Perform consistently to operational and merchandising standards
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, and product flow
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Act in accordance with store policies and procedures
• Maintain consistent attendance in line with company expectations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform retail floor functions
• Ability to climb ladders, stock/retrieve merchandise, and unload shipments
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and customers
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic retail math and computer skills
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
