Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards for the sales floor and stockroom, including organization and visual presentation
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes and fan engagement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to a digital-forward workplace by utilizing technology and data to enhance performance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable attendance and a professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
