Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide an exceptional, enjoyable shopping experience
• Make product recommendations based on fan interests and conversations
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards for the sales floor and stockroom organization
• Execute brand connections by ensuring top-notch customer service
• Perform additional retail and back-of-house duties as directed by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work extended hours on game days and during special events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including potential exposure to various weather elements if assigned to an outdoor location

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales
• Foreign language skills
