Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Drive sales revenue by executing high-quality customer service and brand connections
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring organization and cleanliness
• Perform back-of-house operations and additional tasks as directed by management
• Represent the Fanatics brand and the Washington Nationals with professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work a part-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather elements if assigned to an outdoor location

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales
• Foreign language skills
