Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide an exceptional, enjoyable shopping experience
• Make product recommendations based on fan interests and conversations
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards for sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Execute brand connections to ensure fans feel a strong link to the team
• Perform additional retail and back-of-house duties as directed by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work a part-time schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during special events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales
• Foreign language skills
