Retail Associate Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and positive customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately following cash handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly sales floor and wrap desk area
• Assist with visual presentations, including houseware end caps and stock displays
• Participate in restocking the sales floor and rotating inventory
• Work toward store "Round Up" goals and other assigned performance targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
• No previous retail experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently carry objects up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
