Responsibilities

• Lead with service by understanding and obsessing over consumer needs to guide them to the right gear
• Fuel store momentum by maintaining product knowledge and keeping the store environment sharp
• Build connections with consumers and teammates by sharing knowledge and creating a supportive space
• Maintain high standards of integrity, honest communication, and reliability in every interaction

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a high-energy retail environment
