Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product inquiries and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, and replenishing merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience or skill operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to move and adjust items weighing up to 40 lbs in an active retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
