Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product questions and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, and replenishing incoming and outgoing merchandise

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience or skill operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to move and adjust items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an active, physical environment
