Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product inquiries and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, and replenishing inventory on the sales floor
• Act as a brand ambassador to create memorable in-store experiences for all customers

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including seasonal changes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an active, physical environment
