Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product features, benefits, and availability
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing inventory
• Act as a brand ambassador to create memorable customer experiences

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Ability to work in an active environment and lift/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
