Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product inquiries and making compelling recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, and replenishing inventory
• Engage with consumers to understand their needs and demonstrate merchandise

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move about a physical retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
