Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product questions and engaging with consumers to understand their needs
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment
• Manage product flow by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor and stock room to ensure product availability

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Experience operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move about an active retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
