Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product features, benefits, and availability
• Engage with consumers to understand their needs and make compelling product recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment
• Assist with product flow by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing inventory

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Experience operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in an active, physical environment
