Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets to drive store results
• Deliver highly engaging customer journeys by providing expert product recommendations
• Assist in driving KPIs such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and units per transaction
• Maintain store physical standards, including cleanliness, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment
• Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with brand standards
• Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-touch or customer-focused environment
• Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, including evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently while managing time and multitasking effectively
