Retail Associate - Budtender

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert guidance on product selection and cannabis education
• Promote loyalty programs, daily deals, and new product launches
• Verify valid ID and ensure compliance with Oregon cannabis regulations
• Process transactions accurately through POS and seed-to-sale tracking systems
• Maintain merchandising standards, restocking, and inventory organization
• Keep the sales floor and workstations clean and organized

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must meet all Oregon state requirements for licensed cannabis facility employment
