Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations including product information delivery and promotion awareness
• Proactively engage customers to identify needs and drive sales
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization of sales floors and stock areas
• Manage inventory processes including stocking, replenishment, and merchandising
• Process register transactions following company cash-handling and POS procedures
• Follow operational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds to shoulder height unassisted
• Proficiency in Math and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• 1+ year of pool industry experience
