Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales and profit targets by inspiring consumer loyalty and effectively serving customers
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting brand attitude and values
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
• Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet KPI targets

Requirements

• High school education is required
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and commercial goals
