Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales and profit targets by inspiring consumer loyalty and providing exceptional service
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently exhibiting brand attitude and values
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintain store operations, including stockroom management and loss prevention, in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborate productively with team members and participate in all applicable training programs

Requirements

• High school education is required
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and commercial goals
