Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Provide competent sales service for our collections
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Work independently within the sales team
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to assist with product presentation
• Handle cash register operations and process customer returns/complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in textile retail is preferred
• High sales affinity and motivation
• Strong social competence and a confident personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
