Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering outstanding customer service
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and stock management
• Drive performance against sales targets and maintain high store standards
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and a positive, results-driven culture
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and team support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A collaborative leadership style focused on team development
