About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering outstanding customer service
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and stock management
- Drive performance against sales targets and maintain high store standards
- Coach and develop team members to build capability and a positive, results-driven culture
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment
Requirements
- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and team support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- A collaborative leadership style focused on team development
- A genuine passion for people and delivering great customer experiences
