Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor, working alongside the team to execute core processes and manage stock
• Maintain disciplined standards regarding store presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing wage control, and maintaining cost awareness
• Coach and develop Team Members to build capability and support performance conversations
• Guide the team through operational changes and maintain consistent store standards

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong pride in execution and operational discipline
• Confidence in supporting performance and holding high standards
• A team-first mindset and strong organizational skills
• Ambition to grow into a Store Manager role
