Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor, working alongside the team to manage stock and execute core processes
• Maintain disciplined standards regarding store presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing wage control, and maintaining cost awareness
• Coach and develop Team Members to build store capability and performance
• Hold consistent standards and support necessary performance conversations
• Guide the team through operational changes and process improvements

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong pride in execution and operational discipline
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence in supporting performance and maintaining high standards
• A team-first mindset and the ambition to progress into a Store Manager role
