Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor by working stock and executing core processes alongside the team
• Maintain disciplined standards across store presentation, stock flow, and customer service
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing wage control, and maintaining cost awareness
• Coach team members to build capability and hold consistent performance standards
• Guide the team through operational changes and strengthen store execution

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach with a strong pride in operational execution
• Confidence in supporting performance and holding high standards
• Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
• A team-first mindset and the ambition to grow into a Store Manager role
