About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Brand Associates by setting expectations and goals
- Act as the manager on duty to deliver results and a positive customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators (conversion, UPT, etc.)
- Execute visual merchandising and marketing directives
- Manage inventory, including receiving, transferring goods, and auditing
- Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings
Requirements
- More than 2 years of retail store leadership experience
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to implement solutions
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment
- Strong knowledge of retail industry standards and processes
