Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates by setting expectations and developing talent
• Act as the manager on duty to deliver results and a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators (conversion, UPT, etc.)
• Execute visual merchandising, marketing directives, and planogram setups
• Manage back of house organization, inventory, and auditing
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings

Requirements

• More than 2 years of retail store leadership experience
• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6-8 hours
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to implement solutions
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment
• Strong knowledge of retail industry standards and operations
