Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance and exceed sales goals
• Cultivate a positive, safe, and fun team environment
• Maintain high merchandising standards to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive and collaborative store
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a retail environment
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general computer skills
• Expertise in loss prevention and cash management
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
• Proficiency in scheduling and payroll management
• Strong skills in space management and visual merchandising
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week
