Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team goals
• Assist in managing employee relations and staffing/recruiting efforts
• Create and communicate effective weekly labor schedules
• Facilitate training and onboarding for team members
• Perform store opening and closing procedures including inventory reconciliation
• Manage daily operations and resolve escalated cash or product discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities, sales, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, state, and local laws

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of retail management experience with teams of 5+ employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
• Strong customer service and conflict management skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work after-hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
