About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine customer service and create positive experiences from the moment customers enter the store
- Offer product guidance to customers and assist with upselling to drive sales performance
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Process stock including receiving, dispatching, and storing items
- Maintain a strong safety focus to ensure the well-being of teammates and customers
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus and a "people person" personality
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
- A team-focused attitude with a "can-do" approach to tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- An interest in the automotive industry
