Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine customer service and product guidance to ensure a great in-store experience
• Contribute to positive sales performance through upselling and effective till processing
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Manage stock processes including receiving, dispatching, and storing inventory
• Maintain a strong safety focus for yourself, your teammates, and your customers
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and cooperative work culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
• A team-focused, "can-do" attitude
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail and sales environment

• An interest in the automotive industry
