Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine customer service and create positive experiences from the moment customers enter the store
• Offer product guidance and support to help customers find the right solutions
• Contribute to sales performance through upselling and efficient till processing
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Manage stock processes including receiving, dispatching, and storing inventory
• Maintain a strong safety focus for yourself, your teammates, and your customers
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and enthusiastic store culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
• A "can-do" attitude with a team-focused mindset
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing
• Confidence working in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
